Return Policy

At Mini Munch, we want you and your little ones to be delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines how to request returns or refunds in such cases.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) must be provided to process the return.

2. Return Window

You have **14 days** from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, due to their nature, may not be eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (such as baby foods or snacks)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (such as nappies or wipes)
- Clearance or final sale items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at [Info@minimunch.co.uk](mailto:Info@minimunch.co.uk) with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping: As we are currently located in Towcester, we can collect your items within 24hrs of being notified of the exchange or refund.

5. Refunds

- Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
- Refund Timing: Refunds may take **3-10 working days** to appear, depending on your provider.

- If the product is faulty or incorrect items received we will refund/exchange the whole costing i.e delivery etc, however if there are no faults but you've changed your mind or not happy with the product we'll refund only the items purchased and delivery fee as well service fee still applies.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
