FAQs

  • How long will my delivery take?
    As we are currently operating on an open window we cannot give you a specific time when your items will be delivered. For example, if you placed your order at 9.30 am your items will be delivered before 2 pm or if you placed at order at 8 pm your items will be delivered before closing business at 10 pm the same day, it's not to say they won't be delivered in 10mins however to meet customers expectations we are unable to give you an exact time. Slowly but surely we'll get there.
  • Where can I return my products?
    Lucky for you, we can collect your items within 24 hrs once refund/exchange as been requested as we are based on Towcester :) Please see our refund/return policy for further instructions.
  • Can I pay for my items in cash?
    We do not accept cash, cards payments only.
  • How long will you hold my personal information?
    To infinity and beyond (only joking) We hold your information until you ask us to remove your details from our database. However, if you haven't used our website in the last 20 years, it's safe to assume that you have finally gained some sort of normality and independence 😩🤗
  • What if I have issues logging in?
    Please email us with your name and email address to Info@minimunch.co.uk and we'll get that sorted.
  • Why isn't my location input working if I'm based in Towcester?
    It should allow you as we only deliver to Towcester but rest assured, email us straight away to info@minimunch.co.uk and we'll get that rectified.
